The Masterdata is the basic database of the Management Console, used by the RETAIL7 POS system, stored in the Cloud. That´s why it is important that the end devices should be always reconnected to the Internet after an offline phase. This way not only the transactions can be loaded into the Cloud, but changes in the master database are also regularly forwarded to the end devices.
It is possible to use a database import service. We recommend using this service if the store has an assortment of more than 100 articles.
Note: after the files were uploaded, RETAIL7 system will create the mapping, which usually takes about 4 hours.
