5. Templates
The retail7 POS system offers the Classic, Prime, Hospitality POS and Fast templates. Each template is adapted by us to the specific industry. Thus, each template stands out through a special functionality, which is adapted to the trade.
For all templates, the user menu is located in the upper left corner. Also in the upper left corner is the item search for the Classic, Fast and Prime templates.
5.1 Prime
The Prime template is characterized by the fact that there is a large numeric keypad and the menu items below it. Thus, the user can grasp the transaction process at a glance, since area 3 contains all the functions that must be included for a transaction. In area 5, the elementary checkout menu items can be called up and are then displayed in area 4 with all the submenus. Therefore, the Prime Template offers a fast as well as user-friendly navigation through the POS software. Detailed information about the transaction process in the Functions section.

5.2 Classic
The special feature of the Classic Template is the enlarged display of the item menus with the associated items. In the retail7 management console, items can be created and assigned to a higher-level item menu (see section ... Item menu and ... Item list). Thus, all available item menus are displayed in area 4, as well as the items of the menu in area 5. Therefore, it is especially easy for the user to find his items based on the parent menus and quickly complete the transaction process. Through area 6 it is possible to access the cash register menus, such as gift card.

5.3 Fast
The Template Fast provides an enlarged view of the numeric keypad as well as the item menus with the assigned items. In the retail7 management console, items can be created and assigned to a higher-level item menu (see section Item menu and item list). Thus, all the important functionalities for a transaction are located in area 4, where the user can quickly make all the necessary settings and at the same time take advantage of the article overview in area 7.

5.4 Hospitality POS
The Hospitality POS template is characterized by transaction per table. These tables are in turn assigned to a superordinate room, which can be named as desired. Thus, transactions for several tables can be active at the same time, in order to cash out directly or at a later time. The number of tables is also freely selectable and is displayed in area 4. The room name is displayed in area 5. If there is another room, it is displayed at the top of the list and is available to the user. Further information to the room plan and/or table production under ... . Thus, the Hospitality POS is the perfect template for a business that offers table service.
