If you have forgotten the password, it can be easily reset either via the login page of the Management Console or the RETAIL7 app. The new password is then valid for both the console and the app.
Go to the login page of the Management Console or the RETAIL7 app.
Select Reset password.
Enter the e-mail address you used at the registration and click on the Send e-mail button.
Check your mailbox: in a short time, an e-mail will arrive to the specified e-mail address, and with the help of this, the password can be reset by following the instructions described in the e-mail.
