7.2 Accumulated summary




An accumulated summary refers to a comprehensive overview that compiles data over a specific period. This summary helps to analyze trends, assess performance, and make informed decisions regarding inventory management, marketing strategies, and overall business operations. RETAIL7 system can obtain detailed accumulated summary overview broken down to different time periods and, if desired, either for the entire store chain or broken down individually for each store.



How to create an accumulated summary report?



Go to Management console -> My Dashboard -> Reports -> Accumulated summary.



Here you can see a summary of all Z-reports of the cash registers for the current day. This includes total sales, taxes, tenders, and statistical data of sales and sold items.



Should you need data from another period, select the desired one from the Time frame rolldown menu.



Should you need data from a specific store, select the desired one from the Store rolldown menu.




The reports can be downloaded directly to your system under the Detail submenu.
