3.2.3 My contracts



By registering on retail7.io, a contract is created. In this section, you can view the contracts that have been signed with RETAIL7.

All contracts can be found and managed under the My contracts tab

The contract(s) are available in PDF format via the Download function.



Additionally, you can terminate your contract here. If you decide to terminate, simply click on the Terminate contract link. A confirmation prompt will appear to ensure that the termination is intentional. This step is in place for security reasons, to prevent accidental cancellations.



NOTE: If the contract expires (for example, due to termination), it is important to download all your business data beforehand. Once the contract is terminated, your RETAIL7 system and all associated data will be deleted.
