11.2 Cash Receipt

The receipt can be sent to customer via email, as a digital copy, at the end of payment. Here it is also possible to print an A4 invoice.

Send the receipt as a digital copy via email

At the end of the payment it´s possible to select the option to send the receipt to customer via email. For this, customer data is needed, which can be obtained by the the customer database, or added in the app directly.

Creating A4 invoice

At the end of each payment, it is also possible to select print receipt as invoice in the transaction end screen of the cash register. The connected printer will then print an A4 invoice for the customer. Customer data can also be added.

However, it is also possible to create the customer data during a transaction and then select printing as an invoice under Favorites.
