8.2.1 System
The System level is the highest level in the RETAIL7 POS system, with all other levels positioned beneath it. By default, the System level is created as the highest organisational unit upon system setup, and since it is the top level, no additional levels can be added at this tier, and it cannot be deleted. As such, the only available action for this level is editing.
Note: Editing the System level is only visible and available to users with the highest administrative role.
For editing System level, go to My Organization -> Units -> System, select it and click on Edit.
The only editable field at this level is the name, which you can customise. This name allows the system to be easily located via the search function.
Click Save to apply your changes, or click Cancel to discard the new name without saving it.
