Support

In case of support we are available 24/7 by phone or email. It is possible to contact us

In order to be able to support and help better, it is possible to grant a support access to the system if necessary. There are 2 ways to do this - via directly in the Management Console, or from the user menu of the retail7 POS app. In the following sections we guide you through on how to do that.
