11.1.1 Open drawer

Cash is stored in the cash drawer, so the correct configuration of it is really important, to avoid any unauthorized person to have access to the cash. However, it´s also important to be able to open the cash drawer any time.

1. Open the RETAIL7 app.

2. Enter the login data and log in.

3. Open the Favourites menu.

   
   
   The menu is located in the lower area of the app. Here you can also see all the other menus that can be used to control the RETAIL7 app. The menus are always displayed after logging in, and you can navigate them with the scrollbars.

4. Select the Open drawer option.
