Open the retail7 app and log in.
Select the User menu → Help.
This is followed by a redirect to the retail7 support page. Briefly describe the problem and a member of the retail7 team will contact you as soon as possible. Here you can also find our FAQ and the corresponding videos. Possibly this information already helps!
Other option for contacting the support is via Management Console. You can find the contact to the support right on the dashboard tiles, or in the Account menu.
